24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible so the appointment time may be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee. This policy is in place because appointment times are reserved specifically for you and late cancellations do not allow sufficient time to fill the slot. Insurance does not cover missed or late-canceled sessions, and clients are responsible for the full fee. Exceptions may be made in rare cases of true emergency, at the clinician’s discretion

For Medicaid Clients

Wildflower Therapy participates in the Vermont Health Information Exchange (VHIE). This program allows medical providers to have access to client's clinical mental health records, including notes, assessments, diagnosis and treatment plans. All clients are automatically included in the information exchange unless opted out. Jacquie will discuss your preference at intake.
