This isn't just my practice, it's my mission.  I've been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over a decade and work primarily with families and individuals trying to find their footing in a changing world. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported. I help clients navigate anxiety, life transitions, stress, and emotional overwhelm with compassion and practical tools. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, blending evidence-based practices with curiosity, humor, and respect for each person’s unique story. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their own resilience—at a pace that feels right for them.
